Hotline The HeadStart Hotline is available to you during normal working hours (roughly 8.30 – 5.00) If you ring (08) 8161 8338, our secretary will usually be able to connect you to a senior and experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Clinician who can help you with a couple of minutes consultation right at the time that you are seeing the patient.
Sometimes the secretary may need to take your number and ring back, but our aim is to speak to you straight away.
If a few minutes consultation doesn’t resolve the issue for you, there is the possibility of arranging a longer telephone conversation at a more convenient time. We might also help connect you up to the appropriate person from your local CAMHS team or some other appropriate local agency.
